Creating an agency was a natural progression to the Influencer Awards Monaco, which had its first edition in 2018. Taking the connections made during the award show to the next level. IAM's affiliations with influencers have enabled us to create an agency with a sense of community. Thanks to the award ceremony, we became a digital family, meeting once a year.
